The service is $375 and can be purchased whenever your organization needs support.

The Training Package includes technician training, office staff training, and a full documentation toolkit (Technician Documentation Sheet, Phone Call Documentation & Triage, and Say This, Not That). It is designed to help teams communicate safely and document defensibly in DP/no‑evidence cases.

At this time, training is offered only to organizations, teams, and professional groups. Individual training may be added in the future.

You can submit a case through our Case Confident Review booking page. The form allows you to upload all relevant documents, notes, photos, and call logs. Once submitted, your case will be reviewed within 3–5 business days.

Training sessions typically last 60–120 minutes, depending on team size and training type selected. Scenario practice and Q&A are included. Trainings for technicians, office staff and manages are delivered separately and can be scheduled for your convenience.
